Shipping & Deliveries

Free Shipping on Orders Over $30

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $30 within the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once processed, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • We work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
  • If you do not receive tracking information, please contact Customer Support.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Address Corrections

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

Returned Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will be held until we receive updated shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Delays

Lucky Duck Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Due to the custom and limited nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement item.

Items may be exchanged for:

  • Another size of the same item.
  • A different item of equal value.
  • A higher-priced item by paying the difference.

We do not offer exchanges that would result in a refund.

Sizing Responsibility

Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Lucky Duck Creations is not responsible for incorrect size selections made during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item.
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Any personal-use items designated as non-returnable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
